• And there is no improvement in sight, on the contrary!

There is no equal opportunity!

• According to Senate forecasts, around 40% of Berlin teachers will leave the teaching profession by 2027/28
• drained staff (termination for self-protection), inability to work, etc. not included

• We parents need to get up!
• We have to get loud!
• We need to be aware of the circumstances and the prospects for the future

It must be transparent and visible for all parents, for the public, for the population!

• We are concerned citizens
• We are a movement - started by parents with children at elementary school under the rainbow
• We will be more! Because: Education concerns us all!

• Above all, we want politicians to finally take a look!
• ... that the LACK POLICY of the last decades is coming to an end!
• Politicians MUST take action, changes must be made and not just in 2028!

• Fire letters were written by the parent representatives (GEV). Ms. Irmler, together with the GEV board member Rico Wolf, handed this over to politicians in several attempts. Nothing happened)!
• The school administration is not heard. The shortage needs to be managed.
• The teachers take to the streets. They are on strike to denounce the grievances and to demonstrate against the current political solutions (larger classes, pensioners going back to school, teachers should not have a part-time option). Nothing happened)!
• Above all, the school management has to hold back with criticism and can therefore not take any further action.
• But we parents can do something about it!
